An elderly Chinese woman had two large pots, each hung on the ends of a pole which she carried across her neck. One of the pots had a crack in it while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water. At the end of the long walk from the stream to the house, the cracked pot arrived only half full.
For a full two years this went on daily, with the woman bringing home only one and a half pots of water. Of course, the perfect pot was
proud of its accomplishments. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it could only do half of what it had been made to do. After two years of what it perceived to be
bitter failure, it spoke to the woman one day by the stream.
"I am ashamed of myself, because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your house."
The old woman smiled, "Did you notice that there are flowers on your side of the path, but not on the other pot's side?" "That's because I have always known about your flaw, so I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we walk back, you water them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate the table. Without you being just the way you are, there would not be this beauty to grace the house."
Each of us has our own unique flaw. But it's the cracks and flaws we each have that make our lives together so very interesting and rewarding. You've just got to take each person for what they are and look for the good in them.
So, to all of my crackpot friends, have a great day and remember to smell the flowers on your side of the path!

NAIROBI (AFP) - A baby hippopotamus that survived the tsunami waves on the Kenyan coast has formed a strong bond with a giant male century-old tortoise, in an animal facility in the port city of Mombassa, officials said. The hippopotamus, nicknamed Owen and weighing about 300 kilograms (650 pounds), was swept down Sabaki River into the Indian Ocean, then forced back to shore when tsunami waves struck the Kenyan coast on December 26, 2004 before wildlife rangers rescued him. "It is incredible. A-less-than-a-year-old hippo has adopted a male tortoise, about a century old, and the tortoise seems to be very happy with being a 'mother'," ecologist Paula Kahumbu, who is in charge of Lafarge Park, told AFP. "After it was swept and lost its mother, the hippo was traumatized. It had to look for something to be a surrogate mother. Fortunately, it landed on the tortoise and established a strong bond. They swim, eat and sleep together," the ecologist added. "The hippo follows the tortoise exactly the way it follows its mother. If somebody approaches the tortoise, the hippo becomes aggressive, as if protecting its biological mother," Kahumbu added. "The hippo is a young baby, he was left at a very tender age and by nature, hippos are social animals that like to stay with their mothers for four years," he explained. This is a real story that shows that our differences don't matter much when we need the comfort of another. We could all learn a lesson from these two creatures of God. Look beyond the differences and find a way to walk the path together.
When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee.
A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.
The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed it was.
The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with an unanimous "yes."
The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.
"Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things---God, your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions---and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car.
The sand is everything else---the small stuff. "If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.
"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Spend time with your parents. Visit with grandparents. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first---the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand ."
One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked.
It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend."
At the end of last week I found myself in a very artistic/creative mood. Not sure what caused it exactly but I just wanted to make something. I started looking at art others have made to feed my craving for art while I was stuck at work but it only made me want to make something even more. I also saw many people using a program I had heard of before but never tried. I started reading up more about it and that turned my craving into a more specific one of wanting to make something with that program. But while it takes awhile to get so meanwhile I compiled some of the art I had saw earliar into one piece. Which I titled Unified Beauty. Since its too big to fit nicely in here I will just leave you this link to go view it: Unified Beauty but all credit belongs to the creators of the images I used in it: c-dawg, Homeryulo and andidas.
Once the program which is known as Maxon Cinema 4D or just C4D finished. I created this: Council of Ruin . Ulzhan's artistic eye helped me notice a few areas needing touch up and thats the updated version. If your ever interested in making 3D digital art/imaging. I would highly suggest that program, not only does it have the ability to make extremely high quality images but it also is quite user friendly and easy to follow. And is very good for animation. If your wondering why the words Council of Ruin. I really was not creating the image for any reason just wanted to make something, those were the first words that came to my mind. I play games now and then, like computer games. And have friends that also play and they made a group which they called that like 5 years ago and is still running and I joined it also. Here's our site if your curious: www.cordorgaming.com
Anyways not much is new with me. Can't wait for the weekend, and hopefully this time I won't screw up my sleep cycle. Hope all of your summers are going well.
Take care,
Ryan

Thinking Of You!

=)...
Today has been such a wonderful day =) Starting off with thoughts of Ulzhan which brings to me a smile, which then helps me to start the day. Then I arrived at work to see a wonderfully sweet e-mail from Ulzhan =).. Along with a little story about a teacher of hers who has traveled to many different places in the world. He had told her that he realised that there are two things that people understood wherever he went...coca-cola and smiles. =)...
A little bit later in the day I got a call from my Chief (boss) asking to meet him at his office. It was about the raises from the annual salary review which is now semi-annual. I can't say what my raise was but believe me it had and has me smiling and exceeded my very high expectations of it. As April would say like woah nelly BIG!
Later on in the day a co-worker of mine shared an absolutley amazing childhood story of his. He is from Hungary and born in either late 40's or early 50's. After World War II Hungary as well as other countries that were part of the Soviet Union wanted to break off from it. I will try to keep this as little political as possible. But basically there was a Militian army in Hungary opposing the Soviet Union rule. There was Soviet tanks rolling down the street right infront of his house and lots of gunfire and attacking happening very close to his house. Since it was a militian army meaning a civilian army fighting the Soviets and were extremely outnumbered. They would fight and then when the Soviet army was close they would retreat throwing there weapons away, so then they were just regular citizens again to avoid being killed as best they could, though thousands did die. Ok now to the story... Keep in mind at this time he was a very young boy. One day during the start of this war when he was in there backyard playing. He found some new items which to him seemed like plants, so as he has seen his mother due before he dug a hole for them and planted these new found plants in their backyard. He went to his mom and told her to come look at the new plants he found and planted. When she went outside she found that these new plants were not plants but hand grenades. One of the militian army must of tossed them into their backyard while retreating and my co-worker being so young knew not what they were. Luckily these grenades did not have there pins pulled and were safe. Crazy aint it? Perhaps guardian angels do exist...
And just after lunch I recieved another very nice e-mail from a friend of mine Germaine. It's been a great day and I am smiling =)... I hope your day has been great also and that you are smiling with me =)...
My darling Ulzhan stumbled upon this website Pandora.com. I find this site absolutley amazing. If you like music you will love this website. If your looking for new music and know artists you like then this site is what you are looking for. Give it a try. After awhile of using it, it will ask you to register but it is free to register and I had no ads coming up using Firefox neither. If you like music I gaurantee you will like if not love this website.
As for why I bolded the word "stumbled" recently I tried out a few extensions to the Mozilla Firefox browser. One of them being Stumble Upon if your ever bored or looking for interesting websites this plugin you will enjoy.
"StumbleUpon lets you "channelsurf" the best-reviewed sites on the web. It is a collaborative surfing tool for browsing, reviewing and sharing great sites with like-minded people. This helps you find interesting webpages you wouldn't think to search for."
This is how Ulzhan had found Pandora as well as her and I both finding many other great sites through this fun little button that gets added to the top left of your browser. You register an account and you decide what types of sites you want to Stumble Upon. Give it a click and you might just become an addict =P
If you want to explore other available extensions click here. Which right now the featured extension is Stumble Upon what do you know? =P

Here's a little friendship gift, I wish to offer you, It's words, so carefully chosen, to prove my feelings true. Of all the beings, in this world, - six billion I believe, or so, You are the one selected to reap what these words sow.
For every day that I've known you, Richer I've become. In thoughts, in deeds, and in visions of things yet to come. Day and night you're on my mind, And in my heart as well. You and I - friends forever - time will surely tell.
The pain you feel, so deep within, is that, I hope to lift, When today, you, my very special friend, receive this Friday gift. For all your pain and suffering, God will take you in, If you just remember, "You're on cloud nine headed for ten". |
I got the "Perfect Lover" game tagged to me by a couple friends ( Nicci+ღBåb¥gî®ℓღ) so this is how the game rules go:
1. The tagged victim has to come up with 8 different points of their perfect lover. 2. Need to mention the sex of the target. 3. Tag 8 victims to join this game & leave a comment on their comments saying they’ve been tagged. 4. If tagged the 2nd time, there’s no need to post again.
My "Perfect" Lover:
1. Can not fit into a 8 step recipe.
2. Loves me
3. Is true to who she is.
4. Enjoys life.
5. Is her own person.
6. Stands for what she believes in.
7. Smiles.
8. Disregards these 8 "points" because she knows I love her for who she is.
And now I tag (in no order):

Expression as per www.dictionary.com can be defined as "The manner in which one expresses oneself"
We all do it differently and in a wide variety of ways/forms. But we all have so much in us just waiting and wanting to be expressed.
Yesterday my angel wrote a blog expressing her thoughts and feelings on rain. I found the way she did this extremely brilliant. A very moving and thought provoking writing that is just another testament to how special she truly is. Very fitting of her space's title "VIVA CON PASIÓN !!! ~ LIVE WITH PASSION!!!" I only wish I was able to express my feelings for her in words as well as she did about rain in this writing...

...monday..usually very busy, but today i guess it is a little sad...or maybe not..but the rain is falling and raindrops picked by the wind land gently on my face...run down my cheeks..touch my lips and fall down my neck.. i feel the wind playing with my hair...i look at the sky..and see...nothing...i wish i could fall towards the sky...right to the clouds from where my raindrops come from...i wish i could ask the clouds why they cry tonight...and cheer them up...but the clouds tell me..that someone asked them to rain today...to hide their tears....and asked the rain to take their fears away...and here i am enjoying the rain...falling down my cheeks and wind playing with my hair....when someone is doing the same..except they are really crying....i thanked the clouds for being so understanding..and helping someone hide their feelings.. i was thinking...maybe they are not that weak...maybe it's just a moment of weakness..that everyone has...and that person in reality is very strong..and just needed some place to hide...but ..what if this person is not that strong..maybe they hide everytime....and ask the clouds to help them...maybe they need someone to help them..but no one can see...wait..i thought..i need to go back...to tell the clouds my findings....but it was too late..i could not enjoy the rain any longer..i could feel the pain and fears of those hiding..those crying in the rain...i was feeling someone elses tears running down my cheeks...someone elses fears were brought to me by the cold wind that now made me shiver....i could not possible go back to the clouds...i didn't want to go to those who think they help..while they don't ..but at the same time...i could still feel the love i have for the rain...that now was falling with big drops and splashing on the ground...as if it was angry..it started throwing the raindrops so hard....it seemed like it was trying to wash away something...but it couldn't....it only left the scars on the ground... and it sounded like....it sounded like millions of little soldiers hiding in the sky were shooting down....bullets..firing down..with such power that killed a little bird..trying to get to her nest...and a little ant coming home after a long monday...and millions of other creatures...absolutely innocent...yet punished by someone elses anger...how can someone be so evil....so unforgiving...and so selfish....
i was hating clouds...helping someone to hide..yet killing so many....
STOP!!!....i screamed at the sky...please ...pleeeaase... i could feel my own tears running down my cheeks.....WHY?!...i fell on the ground...the raindrops were still so hard..but i could feel no pain...nor sorrow...no noise...everything faded away...except for the voice......it was a song....
...it told me ...to look into my heart..he said i will find....that there is nothing there to hide.....i opened my eyes...and i was falling towards the sky.....the clouds accepted me....they said it's time to stop hiding....and be what i am...they told me that someone who wants to help me...can't find me in the rain....that wind blows them away... and that hiding is not an answer to the pain...and that the rain can't wash it away...until i decide to....
the Earth will never forget her scars.....but with time..new grass...new flowers and forests will grow over it.....but the rain will always remind me of the pain people had to go through....their fears still live in the deepest parts of the forests....but the clouds and the wind promised me to try and keep them there....they also said that if i'll ever have the moment of weakness...i can dance in the rain...they promised to hide me if i'm shy to try it for the first time...and they said that next time i'll look in the sky i will not be looking at it alone....someone else will do the same...and now..all i have to do is find that someone...who is enjoying the rain as well as i am.... |
Ulzhan you are extremely talented in so many things, follow your dreams as I believe anything is in your grasp.
You might be wondering about that little angel animation up above. It was a little gift I made for Ulzhan this weekend. As she truly is a sweet little angel. I made it from this image:
but I wanted to take it one step farther... so I made this:
Have a wonderful day everyone and remember to live with passion =) ...

My rose told me about a children's book that she has read many a time. She has been using a characters name from it as a nickname for me (Little Prince). She shared with me one of the most insightful chapters of this book. And it goes a little something like this....
It was then that the fox appeared.
"Good morning," said the fox.
"Good morning," the little prince responded politely, although when he turned around he saw nothing.
"I am right here," the voice said, "under the apple tree." "
Who are you?" asked the little prince, and added, "You are very pretty to look at."
"I am a fox," said the fox.
"Come and play with me," proposed the little prince.
"I am so unhappy." "I cannot play with you," the fox said. "I am not tamed."
"Ah! Please excuse me," said the little prince. But, after some thought, he added: "What does that mean, 'tame'?"
"You do not live here," said the fox. "What is it that you are looking for?"
"I am looking for men," said the little prince. "What does that mean, 'tame'?"
"Men," said the fox. "They have guns, and they hunt. It is very disturbing. They also raise chickens. These are their only interests. Are you looking for chickens?"
"No," said the little prince. "I am looking for friends. What does that mean, 'tame'?"
"It is an act too often neglected," said the fox. It means to establish ties."
"'To establish ties'?"
"Just that," said the fox. "To me, you are still nothing more than a little boy who is just like a hundred thousand other little boys. And I have no need of you. And you, on your part, have no need of me. To you, I am nothing more than a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But if you tame me, then we shall need each other. To me, you will be unique in all the world. To you, I shall be unique in all the world..."
"I am beginning to understand," said the little prince. "There is a flower... I think that she has tamed me..."
"It is possible," said the fox. "On the Earth one sees all sorts of things."
"Oh, but this is not on the Earth!" said the little prince. The fox seemed perplexed, and very curious.
"On another planet?"
"Yes."
"Are there hunters on this planet?"
"No."
"Ah, that is interesting! Are there chickens?"
"No."
"Nothing is perfect," sighed the fox. But he came back to his idea. "My life is very monotonous," the fox said. "I hunt chickens; men hunt me. All the chickens are just alike, and all the men are just alike. And, in consequence, I am a little bored. But if you tame me, it will be as if the sun came to shine on my life . I shall know the sound of a step that will be different from all the others. Other steps send me hurrying back underneath the ground. Yours will call me, like music, out of my burrow. And then look: you see the grain-fields down yonder? I do not eat bread. Wheat is of no use to me. The wheat fields have nothing to say to me. And that is sad. But you have hair that is the colour of gold. Think how wonderful that will be when you have tamed me! The grain, which is also golden, will bring me back the thought of you. And I shall love to listen to the wind in the wheat..." The fox gazed at the little prince, for a long time. "Please, tame me!" he said.
"I want to, very much," the little prince replied. "But I have not much time. I have friends to discover, and a great many things to understand."
"One only understands the things that one tames," said the fox. "Men have no more time to understand anything. They buy things all ready made at the shops. But there is no shop anywhere where one can buy friendship, and so men have no friends any more. If you want a friend, tame me..."
"What must I do, to tame you?" asked the little prince.
"You must be very patient," replied the fox. "First you will sit down at a little distance from me, like that, in the grass. I shall look at you out of the corner of my eye, and you will say nothing. Words are the source of misunderstandings. But you will sit a little closer to me, every day..."
The next day the little prince came back.
"It would have been better to come back at the same hour," said the fox. "If, for example, you come at four o'clock in the afternoon, then at three o'clock I shall begin to be happy. I shall feel happier and happier as the hour advances. At four o'clock, I shall already be worrying and jumping about. I shall show you how happy I am! But if you come at just any time, I shall never know at what hour my heart is to be ready to greet you... One must observe the proper rites..."
"What is a rite?" asked the little prince.
"Those also are actions too often neglected," said the fox. "They are what make one day different from other days, one hour from other hours. There is a rite, for example, among my hunters. Every Thursday they dance with the village girls. So Thursday is a wonderful day for me! I can take a walk as far as the vineyards. But if the hunters danced at just any time, every day would be like every other day, and I should never have any vacation at all."
So the little prince tamed the fox. And when the hour of his departure drew near...
"Ah," said the fox, "I shall cry."
"It is your own fault," said the little prince. "I never wished you any sort of harm; but you wanted me to tame you..."
"Yes, that is so," said the fox.
"But now you are going to cry!" said the little prince.
"Yes, that is so," said the fox.
"Then it has done you no good at all!"
"It has done me good," said the fox, "because of the color of the wheat fields." And then he added: "Go and look again at the roses. You will understand now that yours is unique in all the world. Then come back to say goodbye to me, and I will make you a present of a secret."
The little prince went away, to look again at the roses. "You are not at all like my rose," he said. "As yet you are nothing. No one has tamed you, and you have tamed no one. You are like my fox when I first knew him. He was only a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But I have made him my friend, and now he is unique in all the world." And the roses were very much embarrassed. "You are beautiful, but you are empty," he went on. "One could not die for you. To be sure, an ordinary passerby would think that my rose looked just like you, the rose that belongs to me. But in herself alone she is more important than all the hundreds of you other roses: because it is she that I have watered; because it is she that I have put under the glass globe; because it is she that I have sheltered behind the screen; because it is for her that I have killed the caterpillars (except the two or three that we saved to become butterflies); because it is she that I have listened to, when she g rumbled, or boasted, or even sometimes when she said nothing. Because she is my rose.
And he went back to meet the fox. "Goodbye," he said.
"Goodbye," said the fox. "And now here is my secret, a very simple secret: It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
"What is essential is invisible to the eye," the little prince repeated, so that he would be sure to remember.
"It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important."
"It is the time I have wasted for my rose..." said the little prince, so that he would be sure to remember.
"Men have forgotten this truth," said the fox. "But you must not forget it. You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed. You are responsible for your rose..."
"I am responsible for my rose," the little prince repeated, so that he would be sure to remember.
This is a chapter from the book The Little Prince which was Written and illustrated by Antoine de Saint Exupéry in 1943. If you are interested in reading the rest of the book like I am. Here is a link to the full book online. http://www.spiritual.com.au/articles/prince/prince_contents.htm. Here is a quote from that site takling about the book...
"The Little Prince appears to be a simple childrens tale, some would say that it is actually a profound and deeply moving tale, written in riddles and laced with philosopy and poetic metaphor."
Now even though I have only read this one chapter so far. I definitley am one of those "some" that find this children's tale to be oh so much more. I was so suprised from the deep meanings behind this simple story.
I hope you all enjoyed reading this chapter and plan on reading the rest of the book. As I feel it has great advice within. Once I find the time to read the rest of the tale I will be sure to follow up on this blog with another for my thoughts on the whole book. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this chapter and the story. |

I got this in a e-mail its suppose to be real... I am not so sure since if you look closely every picture is taken where the semi-truck is in the exact same place with the exact same background... well same one of the two backgrounds. And what makes it even more look like its been digitally done is the last one you can tell the whole background has been darkened and edited. Just look at that tree. But even so its good digital art too heh =P Here is the email...
The Germans are way ahead of us on this one.
OPTICAL ILLUSIONS
Here are 7 pictures of semi-trucks where their trailers are painted to look like the sides are missing and the products they are hauling are painted on the sides and back.
The first painting is one is of a bottle that looks like it is coming out the side of the trailer.
The second is a canvas tote bag:
The third is of Pepsi cases and they are all stacked on the ceiling, and the bottom of the trailer is empty:
The fourth is of a truck with the windshield facing the back, and there has been a driver painted in the drivers seat looking back over his shoulder to appear like he is driving backwards:
The fifth one is of an aquarium with fish swimming in it:
The sixth one is of a bookshelf with books lined up in it, and a post it note with an advertisement:
The last one is for Pringles Hot & Spicy. The side of the trailer has the appearance of having been through a fire that has ravaged the truck's interior:

I took a few of my personal favorite wise words from it and listed them below.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is most valuable is not what you have in life. But who you have.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A rich person is not the one who has the most, but the one who needs the least.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Remember that two people can look at the same thing and see it totally different.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It is not always enough to be forgiven by others, as you also need to forgive yourself.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
And here is another poem that I really liked so I sent it to Ulzhan =) and am sharing it with you.
--------------------
Let It Be Me
Let it be me, my Only Love Who makes your dreams come true Let me be the one who gives All this passion meant for you.
Let it be me, my Precious One Your hope & strength of soul Your never-ending source of peace The one who shares your goal.
Let it be me, my Angel Sweet Who lives within your heart The one who'll never let you fall Who cannot bear from you, to part.
Let it be me, my Forever Dream Who holds your future in my hands I can't imagine life without you Only you, who understands.
Let it be me, my Cherished Heart Who comforts all your sorrows Who'll never leave your side And builds with you bright tomorrows.

   | Happy hump day everyone. Today I just wanted to share with you a really sweet poem that Ulzhan sent to me from www.all4love.net. I hope you all are enjoying your week so far and continue to for the rest of it. Take care and have a lovely Wednesday.
Ryan
Do you know how important you are to me?
I know you probably wonder from time to time what you mean to me.
So I'd like to share this thought with you, to tell you that you mean the world to me... Do you know how important you are to me?
Think of something you couldn't live without... and multiply it by a hundred.
Think of what happiness means to you... and add it to the feeling you get on the best days you've ever had.
Add up all your best feelings and take away all the rest... and what you're left with is exactly how I feel about you.
You matter more to me than you can imagine and much more than I'll ever be able to explain.

Good Tuesday Morning to one and all. I hope you had a nice sleep and have a wonderful day today.
Now I am not someone that is crazy about Horoscopes and believes every word they say. But I do find them interesting to read from time to time. To see how much you agree with them. Yesterday Ulzhan had noticed a horoscope of hers telling her how she would find love this month and all these beautiful things about how great it would be with this new found love =) So I went to read it and also checked what mine said...
CANCER (The Crab) June 22nd - July 23rd
Love and Friendship You have been in a complete rut. Your friends have noticed and have tried to change that with not much luck. Finding a new love interest this month will bring you out of your rut and into a feeling of being fortunate for finding someone so special. However before you can be completely happy, let go of the old feelings, which have been what is holding you back from being happy. A Pisces will share your dreams.
Mine also talks of finding love in this month =) Not only that but it talks of a Pisces sharing my dreams... Guess what Ulzhan is... A Pisces... =) Don't you love coincidences like that =) I sure do. And even the rest of what it says is very true as well. =)
Now to share some love quotes....

"Age does not protect you from love but love to some extent protects you from age." - Jeanne Moreau -

"Love reminds you that nothing else matters." - Amy Bushell -

"Love is a symbol of eternity that wipes away all sense of time, removing all memory of a beginning and all fear of an end." - Ikhide Oshoma -

"Do you love me because I am beautiful, or am I beautiful because you love me?" - Cinderella -
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"If you judge people, you have no time to love them." - Mother Theresa -

''Doubt thou the stars are fire, doubt that the sun doth move. Doubt truth to be a liar but never doubt I love.'' - Hamlet -

''Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more love and more temperate.'' - Sonnet 18 -

''What's in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.'' - Romeo and Juliet -
| Happy Monday everyone.
I hope you all are enjoying your morning to a new week. How did your weekend go? Mine was great partially due to getting to talk with my sweetheart Ulzhan alot and knowing she has this whole week off =) But alot of it was due to how it started, the mood was set perfectly for it to start. On Friday just before leaving work and starting my weekend, I got this comment below from Nicci The Dragonesse. And it just blew me away. One of the sweetest comments I have ever recieved. I was left nearly speechless in awe of the sweet beautiful words she left for me. Thank you Nicci. I enjoy sharing my days with you as well along with all you other spacers that visit me =) Thank you for respecting who I am Nicci. She's a great lady with a great space as well. She has a way with words, that is quite remarkable. She is able to express feelings, ideas, oppinions oh so deeply and with such passion and heart in them. And has the wisdom to go along with it to form great advice as well. I know this hasn't been the first time I have quoted her words to share her wise words with friends. And I'm sure it won't be the last either. Thank you Nicci for being you. Stay true to yourself and never change. As you would say. Own ur shit. Have a awesome week everyone.
Take care
Ryan

If I had you in person right now, I would just hug you..... for being the one person that never backs down, for always staying true, for appreciating and accepting all that is said, for allowing a rant and not letting it continue, for sharing your views at the same time cooling my jets, for understanding .. for challenging all that i am and all that we share... for being just the person I have expected you to be since inital contact and for surprising me every comment, for being .. challenging in allthe ways the word encompasses and for doing it in a way that I would hate to see an ounce of it changed......
You Ryan are a great person with a incredible mind, a heart large enough to have much uncharted water and a soul that could live till the end of time yet never seem immature....
Thank you Ryan for sharing in my days each day. | |
